The Company Board of Directors Announces Leadership Change
Badael, a PIF company, announced today Wednesday 02 Shaban 1447 (21 January 2026G) the appointment of Eng. Mos’hab bin Fahad Ghazzawi as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company. Ghazzawi brings extensive experience and deep expertise across several sectors and major projects.
He previously served as acting CEO, leading the Company’s establishment, development, and the launch of its first products in mid-2023.
He also served as Board Secretary since 2022.
Eng. Mos’hab will report directly to the Board of Directors, a structure that will support the advancement of the Company and the achievement of its strategic objectives.
