Badael Concludes Successful Participation in the PIF Private Sector Forum 2025 With Several Strategic MOUs

Badael, a PIF company, successfully wrapped up its participation in the PIF Private Sector Forum 2025, held between February 12 and 13 at the King Abdul Aziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. During the event, Badael signed several strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to promote public health by providing innovative solutions for smokers, supporting the fund’s objectives.
The agreements include:

A partnership with Lean Business Services.
to utilize healthcare data and digital intelligence in designing effective strategies to promote well-being, preventive health, and making informed health decisions.

An agreement with Arabian Plastic Industrial Company (APICO).
to localize the production of DZRT cans, resulting in improved supply-chain efficiency and support for local manufacturers.

A strategic partnership with MODON
to expand Badael’s local manufacturing capabilities, establish Badael’s Mega Manufacturing Site in Sudair, and acquire several manufacturing halls in Asfan, Jeddah.
